1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.104/2019 registered in Police Station Marwahi, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376(छ), 506(ए), 323, 342 of the I.P.C.

3. The applicant along with four other accused persons have

MCRC No. 6949 of 2019 committed rape, one after another, with a deaf and dumb prosecutrix, aged about 22 years.

4. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the prayer.

5. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
