1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner was transferred from Bilaspur to Raigarh, which was subject of challenge before this Court in WPS No.7344 of 2019, wherein in this Court on 16.09.2019 has passed the following order :- "4. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner if he so chooses may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents, which in turn considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible

preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

It is contended that the person who was transferred in place of petitioner i.e. Dinesh Kumar Singh his transfer has been canceled by order dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) and though the petitioner has filed the representation vide Annexure P-4, the same is not been considered by a speaking order and 14 representations have been rejected by a common order, therefore, the respondents may be directed to reconsider the representation.

4. Perused the grounds raised in the representation Annexure P-4. While dismissing the representation (Annexure P-1) it appears that the joint order was passed in respect of the 14 persons, therefore, it appears that the ground raised in the representation was not given a weightage. Taking into such fact, it is directed that the respondents shall reconsider the representation qua the ground raised by the petitioner in his representation and shall pass a afresh speaking order within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
