1. After arguing for sometimes, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents No.1 & 2 in respect of the grievances, so far as disciplinary action, which has been initiated against the petitioner.

2. The petitioner also challenges the competency of the authority, who has initiated the disciplinary action.

3. Given the said facts, without expressing anything on the opinion of the case, as also so far as the merits is concerned, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that the respondent No.2 shall

-2consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest.

4. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh representation, if he so wants.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
