1. The petitioner executed a contract for deployment of private guards for watch and ward in the sub-stations located at various places in the State of Chhattisgarh.
2. According to the petitioner, he has executed the work in accordance with the terms of the Contract yet the security amount of Rs.7,55,343/- has not been refunded to the petitioner despite the No Dues Certificate issued by the concerned Regional OfÏcer, Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company, Raipur on 6.6.2018.
3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner moves before respondent No.1 within a period of 3 weeks from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the representation seeking refund of the security deposit, by a speaking order within a period of next 6 weeks.
