State counsel does not have any objection if appropriate direction is

given in this regard.

Accordingly, respondents 1 & 2 are directed to promptly ensure that the service book of the petitioner is forwarded at his present place of posting at the earliest without any delay. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondents 1 & 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
