Perusal of the records of the writ petition would show that the prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for revised pay scale on his completion of 8 years continuous service. Records shows that the petitioner has till date not completed the 8 years of service.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the authorities on his completing 8 years of service and thereafter appropriate order be passed in accordance with the rules and regulation governing the same and also in the light of the decision rendered by this Court on the subject matter. 3.
