Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.11.2018 The present writ petition has been field seeking for a direction to the respondents for regularizing the services of the petitioner in the light of an order passed by this Court on 25.11.2013 in WP No. 1583 of 2003. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, fairly submits that subsequently the services of the petitioner have been terminated by way of an oral order. 3.

Given the fact that the petitioner is out of employment, the prayer for

regularization or the direction given by this Court on an earlier occasion cannot be acted upon or ordered to be complied with. The petitioner now would have to challenge the order of oral termination before an appropriate authority and only thereafter he can seek the relief as sought for in the present writ petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent action on the part of the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioner before the appropriate forum, the present writ petition stands disposed of .
