1. Informant- Bisantin Pardhi/grandmother of the prosecutrix is present in person. After putting some questions this Court is satisfied that the lady who is present in the Court is informant.

2. This is second bail application of the applicant. Earlier his first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2019 passed in MCRC No.1270 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted he does not want to press the instant bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn as not pressed.

5. However trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.
