1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 20.09.2019 passed by the respondent No.3.
2. Prima-facie this Court is of the opinion that writ petition would not be sustainable as there is a remedy of appeal available to the petitioner before the respondent No.2. Permitting the petitioner to avail a remedy of appeal, if not raised till now, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
3. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the respondent No.2 for moving an urgent application for grant of interim protection. On such
representation being filed, the respondent No.2 is expected to take an early decision on the appeal considering the facts and grounds.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
