1. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working as an Excise Constable Mahasamund which is a District cadre post and has been transferred to Office of District Excise Officer, Distt. Sukma by order dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) which is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seniority and promotion is maintained at District Level and because of such transfer outside the District,the seniority of the petitioner would be adversely affected, consequently the transfer would be prejudicial to him. It is further stated that by such order transferring him to other district, the promotional avenues of the petitioner would get

badly affected.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, subject to verification of the same, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 15 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1) so far as it relates to the petitioner shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
