1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for counter signature on the route Bhatgawan to Katghora via Bishrampur, Surajpur, Shrinagar, Ganeshpur, Bachrapodi, Ghosra, Korbi, Choteya with one return trip at the earliest.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he on an application for grant of permit has obtained the same for the period between 16.07.2019 to 15.07.2024. However, subsequently he had moved an application for counter signature on the permit of the respondent No.2 on 31.07.2019, however till date no decision has been taken on the said application.

3. Given the said limited fact that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice

would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the application for counter signature at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
