1. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as Staff nurse at Kondagaon, she was married in the year 2016 and her husband is working as Block Programme Manager at Community Health Center, Narayanpur. Therefore, she moved an application for her transfer to District Hospital Narayanpur or to a nearby place of her husband as per the transfer policy of the State. It is submitted that several representations have been made right from the year 2017 but they have not been considered.
2. Perused the representations filed by the petitioner as also the transfer policy of the State Government which is placed on record.
The Policy of the State purports that normally as far as practicable the wife and husband are posted at the same place.
3. Considering the fact that the husband of the petitioner is working at Narayanpur and the petitioner has made several representations for her transfer as per the State Policy, it is directed that respondents 1 & 2 shall consider and decide the same within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
