2. In compliance of this Court's order dated 13.11.2019, affidavit of the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Raigarh (C.G.) has been filed.

3. Mr. Siddiqui, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the reasoned and speaking order is in accordance with the decision rendered by this Court in Rakesh Shende v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others passed in WP (Cr.) No.

29/2016 dated 18/11/2016 will be passed expeditiously.

4. In view of that, the impugned order is set-aside. The District Magistrate, Raigarh is directed to consider application of the petitioner for grant of parole and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of 10 days from today.
