1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Fastarpur, District Mungeli to Block Pandariya, District Kabirdham as Block Education Officer; thereafter, he has also been relieved by order dated 29.08.2019, however, the petitioner has not been allowed to join at the new place of posting and therefore he has made several representations which is evident from Annexure P-3 dated 05.09.2019 and Annexure P-4 dated 11.09.2019.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been relieved in compliance of the transfer order dated 23.08.2019, it is directed that the representation of

the petitioner which is pending may be considered and decided within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
