1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition is not filed against any order, however, according to the clause 2.1 of the transfer policy of the State the husband and wife has to be kept in the same place and the State may consider the application of the petitioner in a sympathetic way as the wife of the petitioner is also working as Supervisor, Women and Child Development in Rajnandgaon.

2. The record shows that the petitioner has been transferred from District Dantewada to District Raipur he is an executive engineer and wife of the

petitioner is working as Supervisor, Women and Child Development Rajnandgaon. The records further shows that the petitioner has given an application to the Secretary PWD to place the petitioner and the wife at the same place.

3. Considering the same, the State shall consider the application of the petitioner, if it has not been considered till date within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
