1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been charge sheeted and along with the charge sheet list of documents around 2600 or more has been attached, however, petitioner has not been supplied with the same. The demand of the petitioner is that those documents may be supplied to him as it is humanly not possible to inspect and memorize them in the office.

2. Learned State counsel submits that they have never refused to supply the documents.

3. Considering the issue, it is directed that list of documents which has been

attached along with the charge sheet shall be supplied to the petitioner in its entirety. The petitioner may appear before the Secretary on 14.11.2019 and on that date entire documents shall be handed over to the petitioner.
