1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the instant case is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to decide the objection (Annexure P/2) that the petitioner has filed in respect of his name not being included in the voter list of the Municipal Corporation, Korba.
2. According to the petitioner, the other family members' names are included in the voter list, but the name of the petitioner is not included and the name of the petitioner was present in the previous voter list. The petitioner, when came to know about this, immediately made a representation to the respondents, which till date is pending.
3. Considering the fact that the election process has not yet started, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to
consider the objection of the petitioner at the earliest and take appropriate remedy and measures in accordance with the provisions of law.
4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.2 & 3, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
