1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is still under probation period and is working as Asst. Professor (Mathematics) at Government Engineering Collage, Raipur and he has been transferred to Government Engineering Collage, Bilaspur vide order dated 20.08.2019.

2. It is contended that son of the petitioner is studying in 4th class and this mid session transfer will cause damage to future of the child and apart from that mother of the petitioner is also mentally ill and she is being treated at

Raipur. Therefore, the transfer of the petitioner shall be cancelled.

3. Perused the documents and also the medical document filled along with the petition.

4. Considering the same, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation to concerned respondent within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 45 days, if the transfer order has not been given effect to till date, the same may be stayed till the representation is decided.
