Govt. Advocate for the State. 28.11.2018 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6675 of 2018.

Counsel for the applicant submits that while filing of the writ petition inadvertently, in the cause title, the address of the petitioner so also the respondent no.3 has been wrongly typed. He submits that the correct address of the petitioner was Govt. Higher Secondary School Sardha, Block Bilha, District Bilaspur (CG) whereas it has got typed as Govt. High School, Nagarda, Block Sakti, District Janjgir Champa (CG). Likewise, the respondent no.3 has been wrongly typed as Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh whereas it ought to have been Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG). Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same.

The said request for correction is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 08.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6675 of 2018 stands modified to the extant

that in the cause title of the writ petition the address of the petitioner now shall be read as "Govt. Higher Secondary School Sardha, Block Bilha, District Bilaspur (CG)" in stead of Govt. High School, Nagarda, Block Sakti, District Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh. Likewise, respondent no.3 shall be read as "Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG)" in stead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh"

Let a copy of the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS No. 6675 of 2018 .
