Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 26/11/2018 The relief sought for by the petitioner is that he is on the verge of retirement and at this stage, transferring him from Jagdalpur to Bilaspur vide order dated 05.06.2018 would put him to a great inconvenience. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has duly complied with the order of transfer and he only wants that the respondent authorities may reconsider his case by sending him back to the place or

nearby place where he was earlier posted i.e. District Jagdalpur. He further submits that there are certain medical ailments which the petitioner is suffering from which may also be borne in mind by the authorities while reconsidering the case of the petitioner.

Given the facts, let the petitioner, in addition to the representation that he has already made, make a detailed fresh representation to the authority concerned who in turn may on due consideration of the same pass an order within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
