1. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working as Patwari and has been posted at Patwari Halka No.42 Pad, Takhatpur and thereafter within a period of two months, he has been transferred to P.H.No.52, Khargahna, Takhatpur vide order dated 18.10.2019 which is under challenge.

2. Reading of the impugned order would show that the petitioner would be working at Tahsil Takhatpur only. By mere change of Patwari Circle from P.H.No. 42 to No.52 in the Tahsil , It cannot be stated that the transfer has been effected which would cause prejudice to the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner would be working at the same Tahsil but circle has only been changed.

3. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh application before the concerned authority respondent authority raising his grievance within a period of 3 weeks and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days.
