1. Grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 22.05.2018 the petitioner was posted at Kabirdham. Subsequently, it is stated that within a short period of time, on 22.08.2019 again he has been transferred to the newly opened Division R.R.N.M.U Ambikapur on the administrative ground. It is contended that within a short span of time of one year, the petitioner has again been transferred as he was earlier transferred in the month of May, 2018; therefore it is a frequent transfer.

2. Perused Annexure P-1 & P-7. As per Annexure P-7, the petitioner was transferred to Kabirdham on 22.05.2018 and again he has been transferred on 22.08.2019 from Kabirdham to Ambikapur. Considering the short period of time, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within a

period of 15 days before the Grievance Redressal Committee and the same shall be decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
