1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Assistant Grade-II in the office of Zila Panchayat (DRDA) and his next promotional post which is Assistant Superintendent, Grade-I, is vacant as his senior has retired in 2012 and for last 7 years, the post is vacant; however, the petitioner is not considered for promotion despite several representations were made from 2012 to 2019. It is stated that the petitioner shall also be superannuated within a year, therefore, the representation of the petitioner shall be considered for the promotional post.
2. Perused the documents. Annexure P-1 shows that the Assistant
Superintendent, the promotional post, for which the petitioner claiming consideration, the persons who were working have been retired. Taking into facts, without any observation on the merits of the case, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending, shall be considered and decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
