1. The limited relief that the petitioner has prayed for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation that the petitioner has made for declaring his place known as Bagainar, separate Gram Panchayat instead of dependent village of Gram Panchayat Bharuhibans.

2. Counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to file a fresh representation also.

3. To this limited relief, State counsel does not oppose.

4. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file fresh representation, if he so wants.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
