1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has made is that there are certain discrepancies which have crept in the course of publication of voter list and discrepancy arose because of delimitation of different wards under the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that initially he has raised the objection which was considered. However, it was only considered partly and therefore, the petitioner has raised further representation Annexure P-4 which till date is pending consideration and has not been finalized.
2. Considering the facts & circumstances of the case and also taking note of the limited relief sought, ends of justice would meet, if the respondent No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation which the petitioner has made vide Annexure P-4 dated 18.10.2019 and the same be considered on merits and decided. In the event of
the voter list has to be amended then appropriate steps, rectification be also taken at the earliest preferably before the election process starts.
