Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board -10-2019

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that has been transferred from Sarguja Forest Division to Manendragarh Forest Division vide order dat. 23.08.2019 which is under challenge in this petition. It is stated that earlier by order dated 14.03.2018 the petitioner was posted at the present place of posting, and within a short span of

time i.e., 1 1/2 years again the petitioner has been again transferred which would amount to frequent transfer.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been transferred within a short span of time vide impugned order dated 23.08.2019, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the concerned respondent raising all his grievances within a period of 15 days from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days.

3. Till the representation is decided, the impugned order shall not be given effect to, if the petitioner has not yet been relieved.
