The dispute in the present Writ Petition appears to be the order Annexure-P/1 passed by the respondent No.2 so far as withdrawing DDO powers from the petitioner and handing over the said power to the respondent No.3.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was promoted as Principal on 06/10/2018 and pursuant to which the petitioner has assumed his duties including the powers of DDO which subsequently has been withdrawn by the authorities concerned vide Annexure-P/1. He further

contended that, the same has been withdrawn only on account of certain posts which the petitioner has made on his whatsapp group. 3.

Considering the nature of dispute as also the reason assigned for, let the respondent No.2 reconsider the case of the petitioner so far as grant of DDO powers and while doing the same, the respondent No.2 shall also take into consideration as to what is the prejudice caused so far as the erroneous posts made in the whatsapp group. He shall keep in mind, as to whether DDO powers could have been given to somebody who is otherwise not qualified for the said post and is also junior to the petitioner. 4.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 30 days from today so as to resolve the dispute once and for all.

It is the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 6.
