The petitioner who is working as Supervisor in Women and Child Welfare Development Department has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Sarkanda, Belha-2, Distt. Bilaspur to Chuikadan, Distt. Rajnandgaon vide order dt.21.08.2019 which is under challenge. 2.

It is contended that the petitioner is suffering from various ailments especially High BP, Thyroid, skin disease and aging disease of Arthritis for which she is being treated and is subjected to regular medical check-ups from time to time at

Bilaspur and if she is transferred to Chuikadan, she would not get proper regular treatment there. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted representation vide Annexure P-2 raising her grievances and the same is pending.

Perused the medical documents annexed to the petition, which shows that the petitioner is being treated for skin disease apart from other aging ailments. Considering the same it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the concerned respondent authority raising all her grievances within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and on such representation being filed, the same may be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days.

Till the representation is decided, the impugned order shall not be given effect to in case the petitioner has not been relieved till date. 5.

This writ petition accordingly stands disposed off. Cc as per rules.
