1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Primary School Korwapara, Block Wadrafnagar to Primary School, Kotarki, Block Wadrafnagar.

2. It is contended that within a period of 10 years, he has been transferred 8 times to different places. It is further contended that where the petitioner is teaching only three teachers were working and as per clause 1.6 of the transfer policy unless and until some one is appointed in the place of petitioner the petitioner could not be relieved. It is further contended that the petitioner has made a representation by

Annexure P-11, wherein the petitioner has stated all the grievance.

3. Perused the representation made by the petitioner Annexure P-11.

4. Perusal of the representation shows that the petitioner has been transferred to various places from 2010 to 2019 and the last transfer order is dated 12.07.2019.

5. Considering the same, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation to Respondent No. 1 within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 45 days.
