1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Patwari and is transferred from P.H.No. 29, Mopka, Bilaspur to P.H.No 31 Lingiyadh, Bilaspur and the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer.
2. It is contended that the transfer has been made during the ban period, therefore, the transfer shall not be given effect to as the transfer has been made by order dated 18.10.2019 were as the transfer was only allowed up till 12.07.2019.
3. Perusal of order dated 18.10.2019, shows that the transfer is in same Tehsil
i.e. Bilaspur and same District i.e. Bilaspur, it is only change of village from one to another, therefore, I am not inclined to stay the transfer order.
4. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation to Respondent No. 2 within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The representation so made shall be decided within a further period of 60 days.
