Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 24/10/2019

1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to Annexure P-1 whereby the notice of eviction has been issued to the petitioner.

2. Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner does not have any record in his possession to establish the claim over the said land. There is no allotment whatsoever in favour of the petitioner in respect of the said land.

3. Given the said facts, this Court finds it difficult to interfere with the impugned order Annexure P-1. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

4. However, the right of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 for any sympathetic consideration or for some other alternative land, if possible, remains open. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent no.2 for ventilating his grievance for the same. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
