The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 1.10.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 8139 of 2019. 2.

The modification sought for is only to the extent that, in the second paragraph of the aforesaid order, the status of the petitioner has been reflected as "Forest Guard" whereas it ought to had been "Forester". 3.

State Counsel referring to the cause title of the writ petition does not dispute the aforesaid contention.

Accordingly, the order dated 1.10.2019 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 8139 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the status of the petitioner mentioned in the second paragraph of the said order shall be read as "Forester" instead of "Forest Guard".

With the aforesaid modification, the MCC stands allowed. 6.

Registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the records of Writ Petition (S) No. 8139 of 2019.
