27/11/2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 03.10.2018 passed by the Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Project, Shankargarh, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj whereby the Project Officer has ordered for termination of the services of the petitioner.

Perusal of the record would reveal that the order is an appealable order and the appeal lies to the Collector.

Given the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has an alternative remedy available to him, the present writ petition in its present form would not be sustainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal promptly before the Collector/Appellate Authority, the writ petition stands disposed of.
