1. This is 3rd bail application preferred by the applicant. His 1st bail application MCRC No. 5160/2019 was dismissed by the Registry on 28-8-2019 for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 6-8-2019. The second bail application MCRC No. 3450/2019 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19-62019.

2. Case is called twice even then none appears for the applicant.

3. In this circumstance, the 3rd bail application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
