The order passed by this Court has neither complied with nor given sufficient reason for not complying with the order. The order passed by this Court has to be complied with. On the pretext of compromise, it cannot be adjourned.

The Labour Court is directed to conclude the proceeding within further two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and submit report to this Court that order has been complied with. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Labour Court. 3.
