The present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate direction to the respondents for considering the claim of the petitioners to exclude certain villages out of the Nagar Panchayat, Bagicha.

Perusal of the records would show that the petitioners for the same relief had also earlier filed a writ petition i.e. WPC No. 2079/2014 and which got dismissed on 18.11.2014.

Given the fact that this Court had already expressed its opinion and rejected the writ petition of the petitioners on an earlier occasion, the subsequent writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed, reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the authorities concerned for ventilating their grievances. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ JUDGE
