1. In view of return filed by the respondent, this Court find that case of the petitioner was scrutinized and certain missing credits were found and taking that into consideration, it has been decided that the petitioner entitlement is to the amount which has been already paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid decision, nothing more is required to be done in compliance of the order of the Court.

3. The contempt petition is, therefore, closed. Rule is discharged.
