Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6659/2019 there appears to be typographical mistake in the crime number which has been wrongly typed as Crime Number 436/2019 instead of Crime No.176/2019. From perusal, it appears that due to inadvertence the crime number has been wrongly typed. The error is apparent on the face of the record and needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.10.2019 is modified to the extent

that the crime number be read as "176/2019" in M.Cr.C. No. 6659/2019.
