1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is working as the Incharge, District Program Officer, Women and Child Development, Korea has been transferred to District Janjgir-Champa on administrative ground to accommodate respondent No.4 Manoj Xalxo, who is 11 years junior to the
petitioner.
3. It is contended that as per clause 2.14 of the transfer policy dated 27.06.2019, junior cannot be replaced to the post of a senior and given the charge. Therefore, the transfer of the petitioner may be canceled.
4. Perused the clause 2.14 of the transfer policy as also the transfer order which is filed as Annexure P-1, which shows that for temporary arrangements the transfer has been made.
5. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day from today and the respondents, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order dated 21.08.2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if the petitioner has already not been relieved till date.
