Sam Koshy Order On Board 26/11/2018 The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that though the respondent authority i.e. the Department under which the petitioner was working has deducted his GPF contribution from the initial date of appointment i.e. 1987-88 on wards but the actual entries in his account have been reflected only from the year 1992 to 1993.

Considering the nature of dispute, let the respondents 1 & 2 scrutinize the service records of the petitioner particularly in respect of the deductions of the GPF made from the salary of the petitioner and on due verification, let necessary decision be taken. In case if there are proper deductions made, the respondents may make proper correction in the GPF account of the petitioner.
