It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph No.1 of order dated 12.10.2018 in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 1100 of 2018 crime number has wrongly been mentioned as 291 of 2018 instead of 291 of 2017, because of which, the appellant has been unable to furnish bail bonds before the concerning Court. Hence, the order may be modified.

Learned State counsel has no objection.

After due consideration, the petition is allowed. It is ordered that the crime number mentioned in the first paragraph of the impugned judgment as 291 of 2018 be read as 291 of 2017 herein-after.

The copy of this order be made a part of the record of M.Cr.C.(A) No. 1100 of 2018.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
