Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that an error has crept in the third line of first paragraph of the order dated 26.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6563 of 2018 and as a result of which in place of words "this Court", words "Trial Court" have been printed. He prays for modification.

On due consideration, the error is corrected. It is directed that in place of the words "Trial Court", words "this Court" be read in the third line of first paragraph of the order dated 26.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6563 of 2018.
