The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the direction given by this Court in WPS No. 5889 of 2018 on 07.09.2018.

The counsel for the applicants/Resp. 1 & 2 submits that due to administrative reasons the documents were to be collected from various areas that were required to be sent to the company headquarter. Some time is being taken for compliance of the direction given by this Court and the counsel for the applicant prays for further time, so that the direction can be complied with. Given the limited prayer for extension of time, the counsel for the non-applicant does not have any objection. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed granting the applicants further period of sixty days, within which it is expected that the applicant shall ensure taking appropriate steps as directed by this Court.

The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
