1. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of this application, applicant No.2 has been arrested by the police and therefore, his bail application has become infructous.

2. In view of above, bail application of applicant No.2 is dismissed as having become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application of applicant No.1. However, he prays for a

Page No.2 direction to the Court below to consider and decide the bail application of applicant No.1 on the same day.

4. Accordingly, bail application of applicant No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned Court is directed to decide the application for regular bail of applicant No.1 preferably and practicably on the same day on which day applicant No.1 surrenders before the said Court.
