1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially suspended by order dated 16.03.2000 and was again reinstated by order dated 06.09.2000 and certain departmental enquiry was commenced against him and subsequently again on different charges the petitioner was suspended by order dated 15.01.2002 and was reinstated by order dated 26.02.2002 for which a different departmental enquiry was commenced.
2. It is contended that though period of 17-19 years have been passed but the
departmental enquiry has not been concluded which have negative effect to the promotion and other emoluments which may be paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the respondent may be directed to conclude the departmental enquiry within time.
3. Considering the fact that there is no dispute to the fact that departmental enquiry is still pending. The respondent are directed to conclude both the departmental enquiry pending against the petitioner within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
