The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the Revenue Case No.169/A-6/2009-10 at the earliest.

According to the petitioner, she has made an application under Sections 109 and 110 of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code before the respondent No.2 on 01.10.2009 and it is more than a decade her application is still pending consideration. According to the petitioner, she has a decree from the competent Civil Court (Annexure P/1) in her favour so far as her right and title over the said property is concerned and therefore prays that the respondent be directed to decide her application at the earliest. 3.
The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take all necessary steps under the provisions of law in deciding the
-2application of the petitioner positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration before the respondent No.2 for more than 10 years, this court wants the respondent No.2 to seriously conduct proceedings and close the matter within the stipulated period.
