1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who was a daily wager employee with Respondent No. 3 from 01.02.2005. The petitioner, however, has not been alloted with any work since April 2019. Therefore, the petitioner does not know his position whether he is still in work or has been terminated, therefore, he has made representations (Annexure P-2) to Respondent No. 3 which still remain undecided.
2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner that his representation shall
be decided within time. It is directed that Respondent No.3 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall communicate the actual facts and position of the petitioner.
