1. The petitioner would make limited prayer that his representation pending before the respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Head, Bhopal for transfer from Navodaya

Vidyalaya Malhar to Navodaya Vidyalaya Chatarkhar, Mungeli be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Considering the limited nature of relief claimed at this stage, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before respondent No.2 for his transfer from Navodaya Vidyalaya Malhar to Navodaya Vidyalaya Chatarkhar within a period of 4 weeks from today, the said authority shall decide the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months.
