1. The counsel appearing for the parties submit that, the Order passed by this Court on 07.12.2018 in WPS No. 3319 of 2016 has since been complied with and the petitioner/applicant has also been paid proper pension.

Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off, however, in case if there is still any difference of amount or wrong calculation made by the respondent, the petitioner/applicant would be at liberty to raise a fresh dispute before the appropriate forum.
