2. The respondent-SECL has filed return showing deposit of the amount of compensation before the Committee constituted under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development), Act, 1957. It is also mentioned in the return that the petitioner would be at liberty to claim compensation from the Tribunal and the claim for employment in lieu of acquisition of his land has

not yet been made before the competent authority for consideration.
